Welcome to Canattire - Return Policy

Canattire will gladly exchange or refund qualified items purchased up to 15 days after the purchase date with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered and must have all tickets attached. Not applicable on final sale items.


    Initiating a Return

    To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    1. Contact our customer support at info@canattire.com within 15 days of receiving the item.
    2. Provide your order number and a clear reason for the return.
    3. Wait for further instructions and shipping details from our support team.

    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.

    Refund Process

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 15 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    Exchanges

    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
